They're from Greyhound Lane, Heigham, Norwich. So there's not much I can add. I'll be back in Norwich next week but no time to research. As a side note my grandfather who married a Minns emigrated to Australia, saved somebody off the Sidney Bridge but came back to England. We now have links from the Wales side of the family. Also I've just been searching through the site that covers Norfolk/Norwich pubs at www.norfolkpubs.co.uk I see they list Minns later as the landlords for the Jolly Hatter: ROBERT MINNS age 41, a carpenter in 1851 by * 1850 JAMES MINNS 17.06.1884 MARIA MINNS 27.11.1888 And for the Cock Inn EDWARD MINNS 1836 JOHN WOOLNER 1840 - 1845 ROBERT MINNS according to White 1845 They have a nice 1901 photograph of the Inn. You probably have all this from you comment but just in case.
